We purchased a slightly used 2017 Toyota Highlander Limited from "On The Park" and dealt with Bob Gilbert during the transaction. I drove in from Ottawa to get this car at Toyota on the Park. It was the best price in Ontario (from what I found) and in the best shape of any vehicle of the same make/model. When I arrived, the process was seamless, easy and the vehicle was exactly as advertised. When I was doing my initial check with the Sales Manager, he noticed a small dent in the door (I didn’t see it) and then he offered, without me saying anything, that he would reimburse me the cost to fix it. Had a chance to meet with Parker and he’s the real deal, unfortunately we were not able to make a deal but he is respectful, friendly and the furthest thing from pushy, he answered all my questions and asked smart relevant questions. Great guy and would highly recommend giving him a call if you’re planning on visiting this dealership.
John was once again very helpful and knowledgeable. He was very responsive and followed up. He works hard to get the vehicle that you want at an agreeable price.

Mantas is a very competent salesman. He displayed excellent product knowledge, asked open questions and zero-ed in quickly to a solution to our need, displayed excellent objections handling, made effective use of the trial close and ultimately closed the order. It was a good experience. Alex helped me a lot in getting what I wanted. Although we had most of the talk on the phone he made sure I got what I needed.
On Oct 3rd, 2020, I took my car for service, and when they finished, a staff person went to sanitized my car, and scratched the dashboard on 2 places. I went back the same day and reported it to Amanda, she told me right away that they do not touch the dashboard.
