So far I will give the dealership a 5 star rating but I haven't gotten my vehicle yet. I had a few questions about pricing and we have been able to work things out ok. No matter how things go with the dealership I am more than happy with Alex Sharman the salesman I have dealt with. I receintly purchased a Rav4 LE AWD from Toyota Northwest Edmonton. I found the staff to be very helpful, knowledgeable, and considerate. They answered all of my questions and discussed any concerns that I had. They even laughed at my poor jokes! They were also generous in that they gave me a few extra items with my vehicle purchase.
We wanted a vehicle and just had an idea of what we wanted and the way to go. Vivek walked us through the steps and the best course to take, did the numbers real quick and within a few hrs we ordered our new vehicle. A few days and all confirmed- we are expected to collect our brand new car in a few days. Way to go to Vivek and the Toyota team in NW Edmonton. Thank you guys for being so efficient and helpful. Very easy transaction. Highly recommend.
