I'm really happy and extremely satisfied with my experience in Toyota Northwest. Thanks to Houssen. He really did an amazing job on accommodating us. I've been a customer of Toyota for 5 years but I never got satisfied as like this before. They gave us the best deals they have. I looked up a vehicle sparingly as I was in the market for a car. Left a message and Ketan responded within a day. The service throughout the purchase journey was first class. Ketan is polite and patient. He went above and beyond to deliver excellent client satisfaction. He also got the manager to offer us more discount even though it seemed impossible. I will recommend him and the dealership over and over again. Thank you Ketan for all you did throughout the purchase process

Recently I bought a vehicle from Northwest Toyota in Edmonton and had a great experience. I live in Calgary, but they offered such a great deal that it was worth the drive. They made the whole experience very easy and I never felt pushed to make a quick decision. They even offered to deliver the vehicle to Calgary free of charge! My husband and I were lucky to have had Yvon B as our Product Advisor. Very personable, willing to go the extra mile to accommodate your time. She did not rush the car buying experience, It is a very large purchase so we really took our time looking and test driving vehicles. Yvon's boss, Roman, was helpful, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with also. Thanks Toyota Northwest Edmonton for our pleasant buying experience. I am beyond excited to give this RAVE review to Toyota Northwest Edmonton . A couple years ago, I had an experience that wasn't great, but I stuck around to see if the issue would be rectified. It WAS!!!!!! Luke came across my issue and called me right away personally and was very sorry about my experience. He, literally, went above and beyond to fix things. Like, WAY ABOVE!!!!
