Salesman was not your usual salesman Sam was the associate that sold us our Rav4 and I must say I was pleasantly surprised by his professionalism, and adaptation of communication towards me and my wife. I had done my research and as such, our convo was more technical whereas with my wife, it was explaining the features that interested her. With a growing family, we needed a SUV and Sam delivered. Repair malfunctioned work They tried their best but would give them 80 percent of 100. reason am not always satisfied with their work. I had to make many visits for the problem to be resolved. That's based upon my experience since I bought this new vehicle.
