Terrible Customer Service I have been the client for more than a decade, but recently the quality of the customer service is not as it was used to be...Be careful when you book a service visit, if the customer service quality is not good anymore....
Terrible customer service! 15 yrs as a client and they treat new customers better then the faithfull and good paying customers! New staff all the time!! Dont ever bring your car for a service they tell you one hour and your there 4 hours no consideration no apology whatsoever! NOT PROFESSIONAL!
Tried to hide a trade-in lien switching vehicle Stay away from these guys! The service itself is just correct but the people are totally disorganized and not motivated. Your are not a valued customer, merely a number. They are so big they don't care about customers. Now when it comes to sales, here's what happened to us: we asked if it was possible to switch early (a year and a half early) from a Prius C Hybrid Technology to a RAV4 Hybrid SE 2017 and we specifically asked if no penalties.
