Leur service de financement a cherché à nous pousser un contrat à l'opposé de nos besoins. Ils ont refusé de nous rencontrer pour discuter de la situation et corriger le tir. Ils ont ensuite décidé d'annuler notre réservation (sans nous avoir remboursé notre dépôt à ce jour) pour l'achat du véhicule prétextant que nous retardions la transaction alors que nous cherchions simplement à parler aux personnes en charge. Bad Sevice These people don't understand what customer service is. Will never ever bring my car for service or buy a car from them bunch of scammers.When you buy your car you will receive the most bad service and no credibility

No good customer experience No good providing prices on the phone. I took my car to Toyota Gabriel Downtown (Feb 8, 2017), they called me because there was a recall for my vehicle. Once I was there I told them to do the respective check up. later that day, P. R. (Advisor) called me and told me that the brakes need to be changed (front and back). I asked how much that cost me; and he told me about 350$. Next day, when I go to pick up my car I got an invoice for more than 1400$. !!!!

Worst service with worst service manager Had service done but got bumper scratched badly. Service manager did not try to resolve the issue and refuse to repair it. Took long time to deal with him, GM and Toyoto Head office for nothing, very disappointed to this. Remember to look around your car with service advisor if you have to deal with them.

Overpriced and shady Prices go up for no reason. Go there to get one thing fixed, leave with another problem. They treat you differently if you are a woman showing up alone. The body shop is a total scam too, they quoted me an absurd rate to get scratches fixed and tried to pressure me into making an appointment. Went to another garage, was $400 cheaper! Stay away.

Don’t waste your time, very bad experience with President Toyota on St Catherin. I booked an appointment with them three weeks ago. When I got to the shop they said I dint have an appointment. Lucky for my smart phone, I had proof off the calls made with the dates and time. So I get the usual, “sorry and we have no place for you today and can you keep the car with us until tomorrow”. I took the day off from work for them and got up at 8am to be there, three weeks I waited!! The reason I took it to them in the first place was... read more

Do not take your car here for service. Twice I have brought my car herre because of it's downtown location but they keep getting the diagnosis wrong and I have to go elsewhere to get the car fixed properly.

Very greedy dealer, never saw such aggresive dealer and sales before. First time pretend to be very friendly to customers, but once you make some written agreement with them, they change their faces. One of my friends got a car finally with a different VIN number with the one that he physically saw and booked on the day he signed the agreement. I wanted to resell my leased car to my new dealer, but I am forced to be charged $500 for the dealership sales fee. Very very bad dealer, especially at their sales building. Do not re... read more
