Sales person was unwelcoming, rude and condescending. Although I made an appointment for a test drive, he said I didn't, and no cars were available at this hour. Instead of being helpful he seemed uninterested in servicing us. He even said I was the only ones asking to test drive and everyone just buys/gets added on the waitlist without test driving even though I was looking to buying a NEW car. As if asking to test drive before spending 40K min was bizarre.
I have had the WORST experience with this sales team after being sold an extended warranty that supposedly included installation of my snow tires and rims as well as storage for my second set of tires. While the Simon was quick to respond during the sales process, the communication between the sales team and service team is absolutely abysmal. They couldn't find the winter tires I bought, and when I took my car in for the first servicing and installation of the snow tires, I was told that I would have to pay for this because... read more
Very poor after service. Even after taking an appointment for oil service you have to leave the car the whole day. Lethargic, hope they improve.
