unorganize staff, lack of communication, lack of knowledge of the products, unprofessional customer service, poor selections and inventory

Was in to purchase a relay for the blower motor on a 2012 Rav4. I was quoted $151.99 plus taxes for a simple relay. Needless to say i did not purchase it. I searched by part # on rock auto and found the relay for $14.93. Kind of says something doesn't it.
Sales person spoiled my whole day by keep on talking irrelevant stuff for 4 hours and only provided the info what I already seen on website. Forced selling approach. Avoid these persons. Look for some mature guys.
Do not deal with these guys in service! ! They over charge their service time by twice what it actually ends up taking.
They promise you the world when you buy then don't deliver after the purchase. New owner of a Camry. Received a email to bring in for service. No info for what. Was promised a detailing and made me feel i was not truthful. Also, found out my first oil change was not included in purchase which the salesman mentioned. Taylor motors just like all other dealerships. Get there promises in writing!!!!
TAYLOR TOYOTA lost my TRD screen on the Desert Air Intake while my new Tacoma was getting detailed there on July 2nd. Spotted it gone before I drove away thankfully. They either tried to hide it or took it off themselves or both. There seems to be something weird going on there but getting past how this thing just disappeared... Even stranger is there are no replacemanet parts on the Planet. They have given me 3 different dates already and apparently as of the 22nd they now have no idea how to get the replacement part.
