Amazing Service I had such an amazing experience with Taylor Toyota. It was my first time buying a new car which made me very nervous. Everyone was so friendly and explained everything to the last detail. They made the whole process so easy. I've never felt more at ease with such a big purchase. Highly highly recommend.
Above and beyond I recently visited taylor Toyota and was amazed by the experience I had. I felt like the manager went above and beyond for my buisness. Thank you so much for such an easy process. I feel like buying a car should be exciting and fun. It was just that. Most places pressure you into buying now but that wasn't the case here. I got all the time I needed to make up my mind. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE I walked into this dealership last week and was so impressed! I came in early Saturday morning, as the sales staff were in a meeting. Everyone stopped what they were doing to give me a warm welcome into the dealership. Right away a Sales rep named Hop came and helped me out. He took his time to find what best suited me. Great Experience This place is fantastic! By far one of the best dealerships around! The service was friendly and quick. The sales staff were far beyond expectation. And the service department people put me though ,Because of a SGI Claim on my Car. The people in the service Department Are complete Idiots. Started with the service Managers . 39000 kms | November 2024: My vehicle developed a timing cover leak due to a manufacturing defect. Taylor Toyota initially claimed this was not covered under warranty and quoted me CAD 3,000 (including taxes) for replacement of the timing cover. After I followed up in April 2025 (47000 km) they acknowledged it was indeed a warranty-covered issue and resealed the timing cover. If I could give this dealership 0 stars, I absolutely would. I am extremely disappointed with their dishonest practices. I purchased a used 2019 Toyota C-HR in 2020, and while the car worked well for a couple of years, things took a turn for the worse. In 2022, I received a letter about a recall for the block heater. First time having very disappointing experience at Taylor Toyota. Brought in the car for oil change and needed brake pads replaced. Car has only 80700km. They called and confirmed that brake pads need replacing and they tried to upsell me on cabin air filter, I said it’s been replaced recently on what they joked-I need to see that with my own eyes!
