my car still has that new car smell :) I had a horrible experience with another used dealership and stopped in at stricklands to find the exact same car with way more features for a much cheaper price. Mark made the sale by being friendly honest and just letting us explore the car both on the lot and during the test drive, no pressure sales tactics or rushing us to hurry up with the test drive made it a pleasure to purchase this car, I hope Mark will be my salesman for my next car as well.

I received the best service in purchasing my 2016 Venza. I was truly impressed with the friendly and well informed salesman Jason Cook for introducing me to the final 2016 Venza as they are not making anymore. Happy new Toyota customer I thought I wanted a used Venza however when I went into Stratford Toyota since they still had some previous years stock, I was pleasantly surprised.
