Disapointment with the service and quality work I really wish I could give the Stouffville Toyota Dealership's service department a 5 star rating like some of the other customers have. Unfortunately, my experience has not been the same. I'm disappointment (yet again!!). For one, I'm not made to feel like a valued-customers. Could have been better Unfortunately, the appointment time written on my paperwork said 11 am, but it turns out my salesman, Haig, was busy with another customer at that time. After my daughter and I waited for approx. 20 min, he did send out other fellow to explain the electronics of the Rav4 which took about 10 min. However, we were then back to waiting for Haig. Stay Away Stouffville Toyota was my original dealership for my leased Toyota. George Sairoglou did n't show any compassion to help my out with the lease buyout process since I told him I dont need a new car-decided to buyout the vehicle. I did n't like his overall hustle bustle attitude and lack of compassion-went with a different dealership to get my lease buyout process completed. Moreover George sent me a text with incorrect spelling of my name which shows his lack of attention to detail and professionalism as well.
Disappointed with the service. Took my Toyota for maintenance today. After almost two hours my car was “ready” When reviewing the paper work the service person claimed that inspection on my wiper blades and cabin filter was preformed. My right wiper is damage and last time I had maintenance done the change of filter was recommended. Was charged for service not fully preformed Driving home realised that they did not change my maintenance sticker. Had to go back to get it. Very disappointed.
Went in for warranty work They make much hullabaloo about having car washes with every service. Now had the car there many times in last 8 years, and never had a wash. But they always have excuses. Also they always underestimate how long the actual work will take.
Pressure Tactics The salesman that I dealt with was very rude and constantly pressuring me into a purchase I was uncomfortable with. I believe his name was Luchiano. I told him I was a Honda purchaser my entire life however I was curious about what Toyota offered. Right off the bat he told me what a poor choice I had been making driving a Honda my entire life. But beware of the folks @toyatastoufille, in particular Paul Mortillaro, the General Sales Manager. Kevin Baxter, as a store owner, you need to teach Paul Mortillaro some customer service skills and not a crooked salesman tactic. 2014 Corolla S service When I brought my car in for service I had asked you about the radio updating. (Stuck in a boot loop). You said you’d get back to me last Monday. I haven’t heard from you on what the response was from your service manager. I know there is a service notification out on the navigation/radio. I was told by the technician the radio is not repairable. What is Toyota Canada’s response?
Bad service in the service department Went with a engine light on....ended up replacing all four oxygen sensors for $1600 after 6 visits. They should have just changed the two front ones. Nickeled and dimed me for the final costs. I didn't go there for free service but what i got forced in to paying for all the costs. They didn't take any responsibility for their wrong doings. Any major problems with your Toyota...go to Don Valley North or Scarborough Toyota.
