Had ordered a new tundra from them, they directed me to the used car manager. I had more knowledge about the vehicle I wanted than they did. I was told there was a wait time. I have no problem waiting, however when I called for updates I couldn’t get a straight answer. Finally after numerous unanswered voicemails and emails trying to talk with the general sales manager I canceled my order. I decided to order from northern Toyota in Sault Ste Marie. Buyer beware! Do NOT buy any ceramic coating or rust proofing! Tried to get a credit but they weren't interested in customer satisfaction. More job on the ceramic.

This dealership is a complete joke. I am afraid I can't give even one star. I’ve been waiting for 5 months already for a vehicle. I ordered one on February 1st of 2023. One would think I received a courtesy phone call to be updated during the time. Of course, I was never updated. Every time I went, I received foolish excuse why the car wasn’t available. Buyers beware! Shady dealings that take advantage of the current demand for hybrid vehicles. Ordered a 2023 Corolla Hybrid LE AWD in Oct 2022. Checked in with my sales rep, Arthur, on May 26 2023 and was informed that they had a vehicle that became available after the last customer was unable to secure insurance. Confirmed with the sales manager, Lloyd, that the vehicle was indeed available but because it was a “display vehicle” it MUST have rust proofing and ceramic wrap done, which was 3k on top of the 35k OTD price (which... read more

Stouffville Toyota replaced winter tire and over torqued the lug nut with impact gun causing then to be stripe. Tried to explain to service advisor/service manager but refuse to replace 5 lug nut costing about $15. Now I will be going to another Toyota dealership for service for 2 Toyotas vehicles Loss of my business over $15. I guess business must be good to lose clients.

WENT IN FOR ONLY AN OIL CHANGE. THEY DIDN'T TOP UP THE FLUIDS AND LOOKS LIKE THEY EMPTIED!! BROKE THE PLATE IN THE UNDERCARRIAGE! I DROVE OUT WITH A DANGEROUSLY INCOMPETE JOB!! SCARRY

Terrible, Deceitful Dealership Stouffville Toyota cracked my exhaust manifold while performing Safety Recall J02 on my FR-S. It took them 18 days to do what I was told would take 2. The dealership returned my car to me with the check engine light on (I had never had a check engine light or any warning light in the car go off previously). Due to the damage to my exhaust manifold, extremely hot exhaust fumes are now leaking into my engine bay and drivers cabin. We clearly informed you before completing the safety recall, that your aftermarket exhaust manifold was cracked, the exhaust manifold you had installed was an aftermarket product and was not a Toyota product. Service is bad can't get service on phone when I call..3pm this time- not reliable - not the first time happened. to book on-line - information about service ie 16K contradicts the owner manual - not reliable on-line chat person is not knowledgeable to answer my concerns (not her fault)- not reliable Last time I was there with my new car Mechanic could not figure out the problem. The sales representative was not really professional, not helpful and didn’t do appreciate customer service either. When we sent her email or message to provide the information or ask questions, she usually didn’t reply until we asked her more than twice. But the technical support when we got the car, he was very nice and professional. We do appreciate his information provided.
