Greedy dealership of calgary So we booked a car with the dealership that was coming into the stock no matter if we have bought the car or not. Couple days later we choose not to buy the car due to having some certain changes in our priority. Poor service I bought a used car from stampede Toyota, a week in i had problems with certain electrical functions in my car. I tried calling them to ask but no one picked up, i left several voice mails in the end i had to replace all the fuses myself. Few months down the road my alternator went and i tried to call them again, same thing no answers on any of my calls after several months of calling them i finally had to pay for the fix out of my own pocket. 3 weeks ago I went in planning to by a new highlander . Went for a small test drive. I liked it. Asked for the best price quote as I was serious about buying. The best price was $53000 all in. I asked was that the best price and the salesperson said well you can trade in your 2 month old toyota truck (1400kms). I said I have some equity in it. AN ABSOLUTE PAIN TO DEAL WITH I found an excellent car at Stampede Toyota that I wanted to purchase, and when I said I’d pay for it in total, I was directed to Salmane El-Bakir in their Finance Department, whom I had assumed I would give my cheque to. However he insisted I take out a loan at TD and not pay for the car in total. He said that way he would get a commission on the loan and that that was his only source of income. Horrible experience with the sales managers I don't think I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I had a horrible experience to this place and I'll make sure that this experience will reach my family and friends, the Filipino and Chinese community around me. No wonder they have the lowest rating in car dealership in Calgary. Ridiculous parts pricing Needed some drain plug washers for the differentials of my FRS and BRZ. They wanted 5 dollars a washer and claimed "thats just what it is". Went over to Subaru and bought the same parts for a dollar a piece.
HORRIBLE BEHAVIOUR AND SERVICE! This is possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE. Adam McMillan along with rest of the management crew are the worst! After they make money of off you, that's it! You are done. Dont waste your time going to buy a car from this place, not worth and cheap salesman. They be really nice to you when you visit this store but once they come to know you are interested in buying from them they change their behavior especially after getting deposit.
