Pathetic service. Once you buy a car from them, they will disown you. Now i know why were people telling me not to buy a car through them. My sunroof glass exploded on its own. They have no proof that it got exploded by a tiny small rock. They kept telling me that it must have been hit by a rock. Rock must have missed the bumper and windshield and then hit a sunroof because it had a target of hitting a sunroof only. What a stupid excuse they have. Please do not buy any car through them. Selling products that are not even available My family wanted to purchase a 2019 Tundra during Toyota's end of the year rebate sale. We initially went to Country Hills Toyota, but unfortunately they did not have the color we want, so came here to Stampede. They said they can import a Grey 2019 Tundra Crewmax SR5 ASAP but requires a $5000 deposit. Rii off When I had my car in fir regular oil change I was told, and it was even noted on my invoice, that my CV boot was Leaking grease needed to be replaced and was quoted $843.50. I took it to a independent mechanic as he said if it needed the boot replaced he could replace that but if it was too bad he’d replace the axel. He quoted me about $300. He checked the car over completely and there was no CV boot leaking I was so upset with Stampede Toyota that I will never set foot in that dealership again.
Sketchy sale practices and not too honest Bought an used 2014 4runner and the purchase experience was not too enjoyable, sale people put a lot of pressure, they are hard to negotiate with and as soon as you buy they try to get you out of their hair if you have some questions. Felt cheated They show something and ultimately charge you different and make their profit come what may. Never assume anything they are telling you is included in the price they even charge for touching your car after that. Worst ever experience buying a car.
Bad service...prefer to CountryHill Toyota for great service When you enter the showroom to meet sale guys...think twice and calculate carefully and look at the number they offer you...before making a decision to buy a car at this location....Highly recommendation to visit CountryHill Toyota or Southport for great sale associates...and service after sale...I had very bad experience with Stampede Toyota so I moved to CountryHill...
Watch out for hidden fees at time of signing! I bought my car in 2013. I was told by my sales agent that financing insurance was mandatory in case of death/disability even though I had this coverage with my work. It cost an extra $2027 for it that I didn't need or want. Then at the time of signing for financing, there was a $688 charge for nitrogen on the bill.
