Eric was excellent knowledgeable and will work with to get your into the car you want. My daughter was in a car accident and her car was a right off and she was scared nervous. Eric took the reins with our entire situation and made it such an easy switch of cars making the whole process less stressful. We bought a Nissan Qashqai 2019 back in November of 2023 and since then we moved to Nova Scotia. Unfortunately, the transmission gave way. BUT!!! We bought the Sym-Tech warranty and Chris made sure, even though we were so far from Ontario, that we would get the best service at the dealership in Antigonish. So many things happened behind the scenes and I was just floored at the service we've received from Chris. Can't thank you enough for all of what you've done for us. Merci beaucoup!! First time dealing with this dealership, they were super nice and greeted me with a smile. When it came to my car they took extra care to make sure what I to be done for done. They didn't try and oversell me on anything at the time. We agreed upon setting it up at the next service in a couple months.
