Excellent service department. Mikayla was great to deal with. We had some complex issues to work through with my Titan XD. Solid communication throughout and a strong attention to detail making sure all issues and maintenance were dealt with.
I recently traded in my car for a different one and once again dealt with Kevin Luna. If you are thinking of looking at Nissan, I highly recommend Kevin and Nissan. Kevin is very helpful and very thoroughly explains everything. He goes out of his way to provide great customer service. Nissan is a great company and they care about their vehicles and their customers.
Danielle was exceptionally helpful, yes we got to test the vehicle out and the standard faire, but she went out of her way to text and call and make sure everything worked out with as little hiccups and visits as possible. I don't want to say I was an annoying customer but I sure had a few issues on my end and despite it all she was patient and kind. I highly recommend her, 100%.

First time dealing with service department & it excellent. Had a question, not related to my visit, & the gentleman I dealt with answered it to my satisfaction. I was treated with respect & not talked down to because I was a woman. Greeted as soon as I walked in too which felt good. The waiting area was greet too & had plenty of seats.
Great staff and prompt service. Service does not push anything not necessary at the time.
I think they do good work and the staff are very personable but I have a problem with communicating with the dealership. It seems to be hit and miss.
The dealership was clean well maintained and all the staff where friendly and courteous, they made us feel very welcome and comfortable.
