Rob is amazing to deal with! Friendly, easgoing staff Went in looking for a car that I can use for commuting. A few requirements were good on gas and with kids learning to drive something that won't being tears to eyes when they ding it up. Rob came up with a bunch of cars to suit my needs Both Rob and Krista were easy going. Explained options, but weren't aggressive in pushing extras. For me that is great as in the past I do walk out if I get annoyed by pushiness. They have a good understanding of their customers

Excellent customer service - kindness, patience and helpful I leased my very first car the Micra SR from Nissan Collins. Awesome Purchase Experience! My experience at Collins Nissan was great - they really treat you like family there! Kevin offered unbeatable sales service. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and flexible to my extremely busy work schedule. The service didn't end after I paid the deposit either. Kevin gave me a tour of my new car to ensure I became quickly acclimatized to the new vehicle. Would definitely recommend my Rogue to friends and family - I would probably even recommend it to strangers - I like it that much!
Customer service was the best ever! I came to this dealership in the hopes of getting a vehicle that fit my need's, at first there wasn't anything I was intrested in and then a few weeks later Chris called me back to see how things were going and informed me he got in the Equinox. I drove down the same day to view it and within a week had it in my name, I would have to say Chris worked his hardest Ive ever had anyone work for me. Great job and thanks again.

My Nissan Platinum Maxima Your Sales team is excellent, as well as your finance girl Misty. Domenic was very friendly and knew what I wanted off the hop. I really liked the no fuss no muss attitude of both of them. very professional and did not apply pressure to get a sale... very important as you know in todays retail enviorment.
