Pleased My wife and I were very pleased with the friendly greeting and excellent service we received. Everyone we dealt with was very knowledgeable and helpful. We felt no pressure and the whole experience was very pleasant.
Professional all the way! April 2017 I went to Collins Nissan to look at the Rogue and Murano. As I was looking at the 2017 Murano, Jesse Mason came over and greeted me. Jesse answered my questions and showed me both vehicles. He asked what my needs are so as to recommend the best vehicle for me. The Murano was the best vehicle for me. Efficient My husband bought a Frontier from Nissan St. Catharines a year ago and had a very positive experience and that's why I decided to send a email. We were pleasantly surprised to find such decent people. I was skeptical at first since I tried to deal my trade-in at Maple Nissan and I didn't get far after a half hour of talking to a sales representative. Amazing sales associate bad service department Christopher was amazing in helping us purchase our new Nissan. He took time to answer any questions we had but was quick in completing any paperwork.
