Find another dealer This is clearly a dealership that doesn't care about their customers. From hidden charges, poor delivery, promised rebates not received they failed on just about about every aspect and 6 weeks later they still have not come through on their promised. Buyer beware.

worst service and experience ever J'ai dû quitter le concessionaire avec une voiture qui avait encore des traces de calcaire partout. J'ai eu un problème avec le bouton d'appel et un bruit respectivement 1 et 2 semaines après l'achat. Je me suis déplacée 3x pour des réparations et le bruit n'a pas été réglé. J'ai dû aller dans un autre concessionaire pour avoir leur avis et demander à Spinelli d'effectuer les réparations recommandées par l'autre concessionnaire pour que le bruit disparaisse enfin. Horrible! Very very disappointed. Horrible! Very very disappointed. Spinelli quality has deteriorated - they don’t care about their previous customers. I was a loyal Spinelli customer - bought 2 of my brand new cars at Spinelli. However my last experience at Spinelli on March 24th 2018 was a rude awakening– will never go back and told friends and family not to go to there either. Where’s the service manager ?? Unknowagable and very unavailable . Place is running on its own . Where is he ? Asked him questions if Mags fit my vechiculebefore buying them for winter 3 months in advance,he said yes . Then had to improvise to make them fit . Had to search for him to resolve issue .

Very disappointed! In 2014 i leased a sentra i purchased the protection plan and i had issues that was mentioned it will be covered and they wouldnt cover it and they said that protection plan is 3rd party and if i have an issue i should deal with them directly so i lost my money in protection plan 1200 because they have a contract with another 3rd party now. In 2016 i purchased another brand new vehicle from same dealer but they didnt deliver a new car for me they gave me a car that has 1100 km. And gave me papers to sign o... read more

Worst service ever!! I booked an express service for an oil change. The agent told me the employee that do the express service did not show up at work today, waiting time more than 2 hours. Never again with this dealer, I prefer to go Laval

They will charge you tons of money for services of bull. Oil change, tune up cost $120, $800 charge labor for telling me what should be done for another $3,000.0 I told Nissan 2 little things need to be fixed which are replace seat bell signal sensor and tie up my brand new tensor and 3 belts. Guess what they did not do nothing to fix what I asked for. NEVER NEVER COME THERE. I came to pick up the car, the service guy was busy to show off his DJ turn table equipment... which is his night job.. What is joke...

bad service, never addressed issue properly My service experience was below par. Issues either not resolved or make more than one trip to get resolved. I would stay away from their service

Spinelli Nissan service, damaged the bumper, rear sun visor Spinelli Nissan damaged my rear bumper after I had to return my car for a rust on a 2013 Maxima Elite, Rust on the trunk developing on 3 year old car (very disappointed with Nissan) and ordered a rear LED spoiler with a wire harness for the trunk. Also the rear electric sun visor was damaged it was working before I brought it in for service. I have spoken to Jessica Gouneh Service Advisor and escalated to Nathanael Forest General Manager.
