Never BUY A USED CAR from this dealership because they SELL LEMONS AND THEN Don’t ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY!!!!

Bought nissan rogue 2018. Nissan vehicle was defected. Cvt transmission all nissan are failed. I lost the transmission,nissan did nothing but needs more money to fix it. Be aware,when one needs nissan repairs, they run away. Bad management.

Unfortunately Patrick Orlando was very unprofessional. Felt sized up because I was buying my car cash…. He wasn’t making money on me so he gave me to another sales representative, who turned out to be great! (Got lucky) My after sales process Patrick again got involved for no reason, belittled my damage on my NEW CAR…and made me feel like I was bothering him??? … Known Mr. Pierre Spinelli and the group for 30 years, didn’t feel comfortable with the sales process from this employee. Not 100% satisfied as I mentioned to Miss Yatish Desai that I was experiencing some concerns about a misfire when the engine was warming up. I even left the vehicle at your place over night to show the problem but when morning came and I started the engine it did not happen.. The mechanic who was present at the time mentioned that he would do a diagnostic check on the engine, but there was no mention of this on my bill, nor advised that they had done anything. So I know that the waiting for cars are long so I waited 9 months. When I got my car, everything is signed and they told me everything is ok and I can take the car home. The next day, they called me and told me that I need to bring the car back just because my co-signer doesn’t have any driving licence but few weeks before they release the car, they told me medicare card & passport are ok as an ID for co-signer. The service was very good however I would not recommend this dealership if you don't live in West Island. I live in Laval and I bought my wife's car at your dealership. When made appointment for service, I asked for ride back to Laval but they did not mentioned that no ride to Laval is provided by your dealership. So from now on I will take this car to another dealership in Laval for service.

They are great as long as you don’t have problems with your vehicle which to me isn’t what great customer service is. My 3 year Murano Platinum stopped working in parking lots two nights in a row after dropping my kids off at their activities. The first night I got CAA to boost my battery and drove it around for 45 min thinking my issue was resolved. The second night it got me to my destination but when I came to go home it wasn’t turning on. This time I asked the car next to me to boost it. It got me home, the next morning ... read more

Arrogant sale manager .. I brought a Demo car from here. There were some scratches on the rim of the tire. I brought this to the view of the demonstrator. He went in to have a talk with the sales manager. The Sales manager did not accept that and further said that you have signed the contract so now nothing can be done and if you want to cancel the contract we can cancel it but the tires will remain the same. Sales and service team is very bad , Service sucks. Even when I went to buy a new car , I had an argument with the manager and the manager tore the order before me. Shameless people.
