Great things to say about South Point! Great dealership to deal with. Gave us a fair amount for our trade in, not once but twice! No pressure or stress when buying a new vehicle. Sales people are well sales people.. but finance manger, sales manger and even the GM were all so friendly and nice to deal with. I bought our first truck in 2012 and was a great experience. Dealership Review Very good place to buy a new vehicle. Staff on hand were very knowledgeable on all the vehicles, and seemed to work as a sales team rather than a sales person.
Buyer Experience I was immediately put at ease. the Sales process was not a pushy one (but respected and listened to my needs). The finance process was also not a high pressure scare tactic (especially for the extended warranty - respected need to reflect on it).
great price and awesome service. Michael Khavkin proved to be an efficient and friendly sales associated who provided me with a low pressured environment while purchasing my new vehicle. So far from my experience I believe Mike works hard to maintain a long term relationship with his clients. He gave me a great deal in the limited time I needed to make a decision, thanks to him i would highly recommend South Pointe Toyota to any of my friends or family.
Amazing service I went into the dealership with a vehicle already in mind and just a matter of finalizing everything. I was instantly greeted by several employees and made me feel welcomed. After talking with the salesman I went on a test drive and immediately fell in love with the car. New to Hybrid We purchased our first Toyota and settled on the amazing Prius C. George took the time to explain the Hybrid engine and why it was a good fit for our needs. Have owned the car now for 3 weeks and we are thrilled with it. The price was perfect and fuel efficiency is exactly what we were looking for. Wonderful customer service from Serge and a great product I wanted to buy a used car and the salesman (Serge Fenyuk) provided great customer service and detailed information on the car. I was treated with courtesy, the price of the car was great, and I still receive after sales courtesy calls to see how Im doing.
