Michael Khavkin was very helpful. He laid out our various options and helped us get the best deal possible. We are very happy with our new Rav4. The follow up service with Michael and South Pointe has been great. Overall we are very happy with everything
AMAZING! I would like to thank Mike Nguyen for his amazing customer service throughout the years. I have a 2012 Camry and still to this day he calls me on my Birthday. Whenever I have a question or need to book a service appointment, Mike is my go to guy. Would definitely recommend Mike and the staff at South Pointe!
Amazing Mike Nguyen We have been lucky to deal with Mike twice now. We have been referred to him by my sister & brother in law. Through out the whole process Mike has been sincere and helpful. He always makes sure that things work out to our budget. Better Experience than other Toyota Dealerships This is our second Toyota vehicle we purchased. We decided on a difference dealership than the last time as we were disappointed the last time for a number of reasons. Purchase of new car The team at South Pointe were excellent. Went in knowing exactly what we were looking for. We were not pressured in the least to buy up. I didn't view Mike as a "salesman" more as an adviser of sorts. He got us a great deal on the exact car we wanted. And Rob in financing was incredible! Personable and sincere.
