2012 Highlander Limited Edition Charles was very honest, fast to reply, and probably the smoothest transaction. Awesome to deal with, costumer service was number 1, very helpful. Nothing bad to say, all good!!
Used car trade-in I currently own a subaru impreza and was looking to change for a used mazda 6. I went at Sherwood Park Toyota and was helped out by Charles Marois. Unfortunately there was none at the time I went, but Charles keeps me updated. He is really helpful and dedicated to find exactly what you are looking for. What a Beauty. I am a lifetime toyota driver. So i stroll into SPT and meet this fella named Cameron. Talked abit funny, like maybe he was from Cape Breton. Long story short we talk a few minutes, look at a few rides, then what do ya know i drive off the lot in a tacoma. Cams a beauty, and i recomend him to anyone who is a serious toyota lover.

Great Work! Bought a new RAV4 2015 and Ryian was excellent in walking me through everything, making sure my expectations are met! Flexible staff Great staff who is always willing to make things work based on my schedule. I call last minute and they still ensure my vehicle gets serviced in a timely manner. I'm sure I drive them crazy, however whenever I show up they are always smiling.
