Great experience I didn't give a 5 * because the test of time if I need to return down the road has not yet proven itself. I purchased a used Camry but looked like new.... My salesperson Mario zabielski and sales manager Chris kambeitz were extremely helpful, professional and went out of their way I believe to make my experience a worry free and pleasurable one. I'd certainly recommend and go back.
Great Service! We drove from Chestermere to Edmonton (3 hour drive) to buy a 2016 Sienna SE from Sherwood Park Toyota. Doug McCarthy was great to deal with! I had intended on purchasing a car in Calgary but received mediocre customer service from a few dealerships in town. The level of customer service was fantastic and the appreciation for your business felt genuine here. I would definitely recommend Doug and SP Toyota!
Great personel, fantastic dealer Working in the industry gives me a much different approach to used car shopping. I am a particular person and I know all the ins and outs of the industry. I was looking for a salesman that listened to me and my wants. I wanted to be treated the way they want to be treated as if they were looking for a vehicle. Excellent customer service We recently bought Venza from Toyota Sherwood Park and deal was finalized within half an hour! They gave me everything that I wanted including the deal which I am very satisfied with. They did not put any pressure on us to buy any addition features/accessories which was a plus point for me. Service Centre Experience I recently had the pleasure of visiting Sherwood Park Toyota's Service Centre for a recall on my Corolla. renewed my faith in people In 2015 I had bought a used car in West Edmonton and it was a horrible experience. For the last year I've hated the car and regretted buying it. I noticed Toyota online while searching and decided to give these guys a shout.
