He responded promptly and professionally, then proceeded to answer a number of questions to ensure we understood the vehicle and e-sales process. excellent service and delivery/very knowledgeable Shawn Kiani and Amit (general sales manager) was like the dynamic duo of customer satisfaction, both Shawn and Amit was exceptional to deal with. we really felt that they were really there to get us the best deal possible. we had some very difficult request in terms of what we really wanted and they were more than happy to accommodate. Great service, friendly and very helpful staffs. It was my first time to purchase a vehicle through a dealership here in Canada and that was my first car. It's a pre-used one but does look and feel new. I have always thought that getting it from a dealership will be more safe and wise to do as they thoroughly inspect it before putting up for sale again. Nice experience We drove up to Sherwood Park to look at a used Tacoma this summer.
