excellent post-sale service I bought a used 2014 Sorento from this dealership when the weather was close to -30 Celsius. Shortly after the purchase, I noticed the vehicle was making rattling sound. I took my vehicle back to the dealership and the sway bar bushings and sway bar links were replaced at no cost. Repeat customer We decided to buy a new SUV for my wife and stopped in to see what was available. I had purchased a new Titan here 2 years ago and had good memories of the experience. Our salesman T.J. was still there and immediately looked after us. Within a couple days we drove home our new Murano. No pressure, no hassles. Pleasantly surprised We purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima . About two weeks later we realized there were a few issues: one fog light burned out, remote not working properly and tow hole not filled in. When we went back they happily replaced the fog light, put a new battery in the remote and put the piece back in the Tow Hole. We were treated very well by the salesman and manager and they did their best to honor our financial needs.
