Thomas, Harry and Bill were all very personable and friendly. No pressure. Answered all our questions. The problem we had would be with the service department. When you pay that much for a PDI inspection you wouldn't expect to have the fluid levels for the Engine coolant, the Power Steering below the Min. mark. They should be in the Min. to Max. range. Everyone I met and dealt with at the dealership from the sales, manager and finance were all excellent. They were honest and helpful. Showed me options but did not pressure or try and up sell at all. Definitely going to tell friends and family to come here for a vehicle.
