Excellent Customer Service I had an excellent experience at Scarborough Toyota. Both Angelo and Tamim were able to provide clear and useful information and/or advices. Both were realistic and willing to help us find the best vehicle at the best price. All of my concerns were acknowledged and they do not pressure you to buy the car immediately. I am very pleased with the excellect service from Avrom B I am impressed with the service I received from Avrom Brown a few weeks ago at the collision centre. Avrom took care of the repairs, followed up with my Insurance company and provided me with alternate transportation-kept me in the loop every step of the process. "what can I say" I had an accident with my Scion IM back in March, (my fault). I called Toyota from the reporting station, spoke with the receptionist, asked how do I get the car over there, she told me they would send a tow truck and I've never looked back. Great service, great work and great time frame and oh yah........nice people!
