Excellent We're looking for a car but we went from three dealers before the Toyota. The receptionist introduced us to Shermann Naval and Mr. Naval politely entertained us. He has patience to answer all our queries and he persuaded us to get from Toyota even out of our original budget for a car. Thank you so much Shermann, you're such a good asset to Toyota. We enjoy our RAV 4.
Mr Joseph has been very helpful getting my Corolla service. I am happy with the service I got from the Scarborough Toyota.Thank You Mr. Joseph and Jason. BUT I wished that the sales dept. who sold me my car in 2001 was a bit better. I finally told him face to face how he made me feel and no apologies were said.He is a manager now in sales dept. IF he was a bit more honest and respectful only...I went to another nearby dealership and wow I am sold for they are friendly and easy to talk to, and got my new car.
RAV 4 ( Shermann Naval) Shermann is a good listener and that's what we liked about him. He listened to what we need and advocated for us his client. We felt at ease meeting him for the first time. He is very pleasant, accomodating and knowledgable in the product he's selling. All our questions and clarifications were answered with utmost confidence. We were thankful that he was there to serve us the day we visited the dealership.
Satisfied. Angelo was very helpful and attentive to our needs and helped get us into our first brand new 2017 rav4. We left there fully satisfied with our decision. We did not feel any pressure at all. Angelo was pleasant kept in contact with us from our intial inquiry. Thanks, Angelo!!

Mr. Naval was really helpful and patient. I would recommend for you to go to Mr.Naval because he took the time to explain everything about the new Rava4 I just bought thanks to his convincing. I am not the best with cars and he was there to tell me what was what for example the hand brake which my old camry didn't have so I was confused. He also came in his day off just so I can pick up the car because i wasn't going to be able to come the day he had hoped for. Overall he has a major help for me and I highly recommend him.
