People you can trust!! I've been taking my Highlander to this garage for almost 10 years. I needed extensive work done recently on my struts, brakes and front bearings. And I needed to replace a front door lock actuator. Gord and his team were fantastic in helping me address all the issues with my car in a cost effective manner. These guys value customer loyalty. Help! My engine light is on!! I called Scarborough Toyota Service when my “check engine” light illuminated on Valentine’s Day while on my way to work. Of course I panicked but Jeanneth Lagman alleviated my anxiety; she had my van thoroughly checked and everything was right as rain. Gord was present as usual to verify that all was well. As usual Jeanneth and Gord surpassed my expectations!!!

Above average service Needed immediate service on two occasions in the past two months on my RAV 4. First was back door which would not close and the second was oil leaking in my driveway. Called this dealership and got appointments right away on both occasions, despite the fact I was not known to them. very bad costumer service at service center I have been there for an oil change and the guy told me to wait here but the person who has to serve me was not on his place. two people came after me and other person serve them but I still wait for the guy who without informing go for a brick .
