Went back for another. In Dec. 2017 I leased a 2018 Rav 4 for my wife. Sergio Belcastro helped us choose the best model for our needs and bent over backwards to ensure everything was perfect. We got the best possible price and even picked up the Rav in 3 days right before Christmas. Exceptional service. Rob Ross got us a better finance rate than expected and he helped us choose the correct extended warranty. Fantastic Sales Department This was my first time dealing with Ray Sakin and he is professional in every way. He went above and beyond what my expectations were and gave me a great deal on my new car. Ray is available, approachable and knowledgeable - everything you'd want and expect a sales manager to be. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my cars.
Excellent Service Shermann was very helpful in our car purchase. He stepped in when our first contact was not available for an emergency family situation. He has provided us excellent service and was quick on our needs. We were so happy when he got our much wanted car ready for pick up asap. Thank you!
