excellent service, save me a lot of money for my Lexus GX470 Nice service! I usually deal with Jason. Jason Ells has provided excellent advice and service. Jay helps me to save about 1500$ for replacing the brake system of my Lexus GX470. Free car wash. Although I live in Waterloo, I still would like to drive a long way there to do the maintanance or repairment. Jay ordered the parts in advance, such that I don't need to leave the car to them overnight.
Excellent experience buying first car Obaid was amazing to work with! He was very honest and helped us get a great deal on my very first car. I can't blame Obaid for feeling a little bit rushed at the dealership...I just dropped by on a Saturday. Other than that, it was a good experience. Excellent service for a big dealership At such a big dealership, I find it amazing that my service rep, Jay Ells, always remembers me and makes an extra effort to solve whatever the problem is. I'm not driving an expensive model, but I'm treated like a preferred customer. Even when I need to deal with someone else, I still feel well looked after.
