Professional and willing to provide answers to questions. My wife and I dealt with Mr. Syed. We found him very helpful and willing to ensure all our questions and concerns were addressed. Although we did not plan to buy on that day, we ended up purchasing a Tundra after a few hours of discussion with Mr. Syed.
Good Service and Excellent Product I got an appointment with Lito Santiago to check out their 2015 RAV4. He courteously welcomed us and made us feel very comfortable. Discussing all our options, we went for a drive test and immediately fell in love with it. Excellent Service I went to Toyota Scarborough with RAv4 in mind but not sure what kind of deal I would get. Lito Santiago welcomed us with professional courtesy. He walked us through the steps and gave us a deal so good that we were all smiles after our visit. Great personabe service. From the moment I walked in I felt well looked after by a very courteous salesman, Damien Nadarajah, who listened patiently, was thorough in explaining the car's features, was not pushy, took his time with me as a person and made sure I was happy with what I was buying.
