I just wanted to congratulate Scarborough Toyota for having outstanding customer service, but specifically for one of its best employees: Henry Siguenza. He always responds to inquiries right away, provides excellent prices and service. Trustworthy Service I've been having my RAV4 serviced at Scarborough Toyota for the past 9 years. I can count on them for trusted advice and quality workmanship. My most recent visit was for a leaking transaxle which was dealt with quickly and economically. Jeanneth Lagman has been my service advisor throughout the time I've owned the RAV4 and this continuity has been a key factor in building trust.

Warranty work and pursuing satisfaction I recently had warranty work conducted on my RAV 4. The work included a number of part replacements (which speaks to the benefit of purchasing the extend warranty plan). Part of the work included a right front shock replacement and a rear left shock replacement and recall work that involved rear wheel alignment. first Canadian car It was my first experience to deal with a lady at Toyota Showroom. Pauline showcased excellent product knowledge, and offered me something reasonable. As a newcomer in Canada, she helped me with the lease application and explained properly all the conditions of it. She was so kind to give me a lift twice from the showroom back home. Pauline is a professional sales person with strong follow-up skills. I got my car on time, in a condition I wanted.
