Great experience buying a new Prius Prime Igor provided exceptional service. Quickly found the color we wanted (was not in stock). Explained all specific features of a plug-in vehicle (we had a regular prius before so he highlighted all the changes). Overall great customer service experience. Will buy again :)

$$$$ Money saved because of second opinion from Brad Scherer Brad saved us over $2000 in unnecessary repairs at Richmond Hill Toyota, in the spring of 2018. We needed a second opinion on a possible leak in our timing cover (repair cost of approx. $2200) . I took our 2008 Highlander in for a quick inspection. Amazing experience! We found our experience to be above and beyond. Ashraf Zohni sold us a new Corolla and very patiently went through all the new features of the car, was very quick and efficient with all the paperwork.
