Excellent Customer Service I am so pleased that I chose this dealership for my business. First, the place was so clean, bright & nice. There is actually a little kinda cafe which you can either order food or help yourself with a coffee while you are waiting. Everyone was polite. Mehdi, the dealer, was so nice & helpful to me and gave me a great deal on my new car. I would recommend everyone to go to this location if ever wanted to buy a car.
Good face to face but follow up by phone not good. I picked up the car on June 14. Soon after I noticed a wind noise on the driver side window. I called Ashraf and he arranged for me to go to the service department on Monday June 18. When I arrived I was told that Ashraf had not submitted the paperwork for me to be enrolled on the system, and that I would have to wait a couple of hours when they could fit me in.
