Purchased 2013 rav 4 Our experience with Paul Stancer at Richmond hill Toyota was overall a good experience.. We purchase a 2013 RAV4. We in general do not like buying cars! used car purchase Traded in a 06 Rav4 for a '11 Rav4 . Found the whole experience to be relaxed, honest , and straightforward. The salesman also was relaxed, straightforward and honest. Did not feel pressured at all. When picking up the vehicle it felt like it was new vehicle being delivered with all the extra care and assurances of roadside assistance , new tires, etc. Very nice experience, would recommend the dealer and the salesman.

Sienna Toyota Visit on April 2015 It has been a great experience and pleasure dealing with Paul Stancer and his team. We were greeted warmly by the receptionist and later on by Paul. Paul is very honest, experienced, and friendly to deal with. Even the managers and the finance officers were very nice.
