Excellent service and very positive experience We bought several vehicles from Richmond Hill Toyota, including recently purchased Highlander. Profesional, Prompt and Positive This was the first time for me to buy a new car in Canada. So as expected, I roamed around different dealers to make sure my choice would be the right one. Beyond any doubt the best experience was with Richmond Hill Toyota. And that's simply because people working there believe that the relationship between a buyer and a seller doesn't end as soon as the purchase is done. Helpful, professional sales rep. Ashraf was very courteous and professional in his duties as a sales rep. He always followed up quickly and was knowledgable enough to steer me in the right direction. He respected my opinions and decisions. Their new location is pretty awesome and much more spacious than their old one. My only complaints are that their etching and "nitrogen tire" services are not optional, and I find the $1,000 deposit a bit steep (which you have to pay before seeing/ working on the contract!).
