Thanks to everyone for their patience and willingness to provide good service. I ended up coming in at the very end of the day and closing a deal for a vehicle. Resulted in everyone (Hassan, his manager, and the finance guy) staying an hour after closing. I'm sure they would have rather been at home, but I never felt like they were trying to rush through stuff to get home faster. They explained everything clearly and patiently.
