Working with Cianna at Red Deer Nissan was great. They had inventory options while other dealer lots were empty. Cianna helped find an option that fit my needs at a price that did not break my wallet

The customer service was outstanding. Jayden was very professional, knowledgeable and wonderful to deal with in the respect of the car showing and test drive. The manager on at the time was not the best, this was not the representation of the dealership I have learned and he has since been dealt with appropriately. The Financing and paperwork had hiccups. It's taken a few weeks to sort but the GM Jacqueline has stepped in kindly to discuss and provide solutions. For this I am grateful.
