Tecepwas very nice on the phone sqeezing my booking in for a filter and oil change. (The alert reading had come on 20p klm ahead of recommendation) The automating booking did not call baback after 1 hour and 30 minutes. On arrival the next morning Ian Burrows was very helpful and pleasant.
