Had the car towed to Plaza Nissan after hours and left hey and info. Envelope with phone number in after hours slot. Contacted Plaza Nissan in morning needed to replace rear control arms on my 10 year old Nissan which is covered under extended warranty and three recalls... Carried out all the work in less than a day with only a charge of $300.00 for some adjustment bolts that were rusted and seized and not covered under the extended warranty... The service team at Plaza Nissan was extremely helpful, they managed my service appointment swiftly with a 1 hour turnaround for my cars service.
The service staff are excellent - pleasant, helpful, informative. Always maintain promised schedule unless there’s a good reason. Also, very tolerant of problems I had recently due to my rehab after serious accident that made it difficult to schedule an appointment. We organized a time and agreed that my grandson would bring the car in since I still cannot drive more than locally. Thank you for being such a reliable and supportive team.
Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Been customers over 15 years and had goid experience. Too bad the person who gave us the great experience is no longer there.
