Had a great experience, Giancarlo was wonderful, would recommend his services to a friend. Financial department i felt could have been a bit more forthcoming on some of the charges. Felt a bit in the dark with certain things Overall though happy with my experience and happy with my new vehicle and experience.

Everyone was very pleasant to work with and the process from start to finish was very smooth.
My car was in for regular service - oil change etc. and it was determined that other work needed to be done which meant my car had to stay overnight until the part was received. Edward offered me a courtesy car while my car was being fixed. I returned the next day when the work had been completed. Edward went through my bill and explained each item clearly. My last visit was unacceptable. The communication from the front to the back has to be a little more clear. I waited almost an hour for car that I could see was ready

Courteous, friendly customer service, Everything was explained and service done in reasonable time. My car was also washed and returned to me clean.
