Arrived at appointed time, 9am, for oil change, brake flush, and tire rotation. Car was not ready until 5pm. Not the first time that I have had to wait much longer than expected. If you know how long job will take, add 1 hour to each end, and work a schedule that suits the customer. I was without a car for a whole day, when no more than 3 hours would have done. One more chance.
The service department is efficient and responds to all issues professionally. I was very pleased with the outcome of my visit.
