Service department is horrible I only come to the toyota service dept because they are free oil changes with my extended warranty. They constantly try to upsell things to me, I have never had an oil change there that has taken less then an hour. I once requested a shuttle which they said would take over an hour to pick me up from the service centre so i just waited til my car was ready an hour and a half later. Staff Very rude people ever seen they did not clean the car as promised. Got the wheels looking key after having very hard time. When I called they failed to deal properly.
Used car salesman lied to try to make a sale Had correspondence with a used car salesman over a vehicle. I mentioned that I was looking at comparable vehicles and was curious about the premium in price of the vehicle on their lot. After review of the competitors listing the salesman stated that an option on their vehicle (TRD sport) allowed it to tow 6500 lbs rather than the 2000 and change that the competitors vehicle could. Service overpriced and slow Requested a quote to change front wheel bearing on my Prius. $675. Bearing is around $200. $475 for labour? Got it done for under $300.
