Daniel Titone was great to work with! I wasn't pressured to write this. I bought from Daniel today and want to share how great of an experience it was. Simply put, he was a perfect sales and service person. You won't regret dealing with him! My first write up here disappeared so unfortunately this will be brief. Daniel provided what I need and want when buying a car. He made me feel heard and respected. He knows his stuff and never pretended to know something if he didn't. I would buy from him.again!
purchase and Service of used vehicle we have dealt with this dealership before but with brand new cars and we just dropped by to explore used cars with no intention to buy there. I visited this dealership a few weeks ago and spoke to a wonderfully friendly gentleman named Jeff. He was very patient and helpful while he gave me a tour of vehicles that met my "wish list" requirements and stayed in my budget. The test drives of the two vehicles I was most interested in were very helpful to my decision making process. John went out of his way to help find the used model I was looking for - he dealt with me straight up, I got a more than fair price and left a happy satisfied customer. The next time around for car shopping, I will return.
Absolutely the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I won't be back
Last oil change I was charged fully for an oil change that never happened. Giving them a second chance, this trip in I paid for oil change and full maintenance inspection and complained of a noise in the passenger side of motor. Was told I needed 4 break pads at a quote of over $800.!!!! and that he didn't hear any noise . Said they topped washer fluid that I had topped myself two days before when I also checked my air pressure in my tires and they said they had to top them as well . Rip off - Needed to change brake pads (all 4) and flush brake fluid on a 2010 Toyota RAV4. The agent gave me a quote that came to roughly $ 1356.00 (tax incl.). Just to let you know, I have been going to this dealership since 2005 and have purchased 3 Toyota cars from them. Totally stunned at the price, I started calling around and took my car to Toyota Autoline in Niagara Falls (10 minutes drive). They Changed all 4 pads , machined the Rotors and flushed the Brake fluid for the total of $800( $ 556 less than Performance). A... read more
Waste of time Went there to see a vehicle that had the wrong description online. Then decided to buy a different vehicle only to waste 3.5 hours finding out they messed up the paperwork. Needless to say I didn’t buy the vehicle. Clearly the manager sucks, and customer service doesn’t matter, they should have at least sent an apology!
