Great used car great staff excellent service I found a used Toyota Highlander Hybrid [HH] listed by Penticton Toyota. I asked for a CarProof report. Instantly a reply from Product Advisor Brian Ewing with the car history. Impressed by his knowledge, we drove to Penticton. The staff at Penticton Toyota was friendly. The HH was immaculate. Exceptional customer service While on vacation the team at Penticton Toyota fit us in on the same day for an unscheduled wheel bearing replacement on our Tacoma, even though they had been fully booked. They were thinking of our safety and our vacation, and even provided some free local mountain biking knowledge. Thank you all that worked on our Taco.

Sucked the Joy out of my 2025 VW Taos purchase. Not 1 but 2 separate high pressure, fear based insurance salespeople. We were told we couldn’t afford to fix the car after warranty is done. Didn’t sleep that night, wanted to return the car. Still worry every time I drive it. I didn’t receive any warranty information other than verbal from Chris. A different salesman walked us thru the cameras and walk around Deep regrets buying at this dealership
Bought a Toyota Truck mostly due to it's touted resale value, Turned out not to be true. Got $10,500 more for my trade at another dealership, (not Toyota) I also purchased extended warranties when we bought the original vehicle and were told it would add value to our truck. Dealers would not allow for any extra value due to the warranty even though there was 90,000km and 40 months remaining. Over $5000 wasted. Don't fall for it.
My offer on a vehicle was devalued and I was told that I must offer the asking price of the vehicle to purchase it as there was already a offer on the vehicle for the full asking price. In Tony's words "why would we sell you a vehicle that we already have a higher offer for", they didn't value me as a customer and only care about extracting the maximum amount for a vehicle with little regard to customer relations and dealings. Tire sensor id Although the service was great, I don't think I should have had to pay the $30 sensor id codes. They belong to my Toyota and should have been given to me free.
