Due to Covid19 restrictions trading a car has become quite a process. Thanks to the dealership and especially Sales Consultant Richard Blackman we were able to do everything by phone and e-mail, even a video showing the car, inside and out, since I was unable to visit in person. Great products ( Infiniti G37 and Infiniti QX50) and always first class service. I have had good experiences with both the service advisors and the technicians who have worked on my vehicles. Neve an issue that was not resolved to my satisfaction.
Your waiting room is very average .More reading material needed. Phone calls are not easily accessible. Busy lines. your Infiniti sales person I talked to was nice and very helpful.
Painless! After a total loss accident we purchased our 4 vehicle from Martin and Kim. They know our preferences and needs, picked out our car, dealt with all of the paperwork. 7 days after the accident we picked up our new Rogue. We didn't sit it in, drive it or open the doors because we knew Martin choose the best vehicle for us. The day of pick up was smooth and easy.
