I trust these guys for more than 10 years for my Sienna service so I bought my RAV4 hybrid XLE from them. Ask for Dindo in sales if you are buying a new car, he’s the best there and will treat you like family for advice, best deals and everything. Linda of finance sold me her ECP. No pressure selling but she was able to convince me. This is my fourth new car, I didn’t get an ECP for my 3rd and my mind was closed I’m not getting another one, but guess what, I purchased one. I had an excellent experience securing my 2021 RAV4 Hybrid from OpenRoad Toyota. In particular, Obaid and the detailing department were extremely friendly and accommodating throughout the whole process.
Bought a RAV4 XLE Hybrid in 2018 and bought the 2021 Venza XLE recently. Customer service from Sales and Delivery Specialist very good. OpenRoad Toyota PM has set a high standard in the local Motor Industry. Keep it up.

Excellent service specially by Mao Delivery Specialist. A sticker that needed to be place to my new car was forgotten so he went out of his way to call me the next day to make sure that I get the sticker. Others will just let that go. Not to mention he maid sure that I knew all about the features of my new car and how to avail of all the fixtures. He did not forget anything. Thank you Mao.
Although leery of car dealerships, Open Road Pt. Moody was a good experience. My sales rep., Sia, and sales staff were knowledgeable, informative, and friendly. I felt that I was well taken care of with my best interests supported.
