Everyone at the dealership was very friendly. Our first encounter was with Sia, who came highly recommended by friends and he surpassed our expectations as we were first time buyers. He gaves us the best advice and made us feel understood. Linda was also super friendly and knowledgeable when it came to deal with the finances and lastly our tech guy , who was very thorough in explaining all the features in our new vehicle.
Dealership was friendly, attentive and had the information I needed to make my decisions with informative information.

This is the 2nd time I have bought a brand new Tacoma at OpenRoad (in 2008 and again now). I live in Pitt Meadows and could have easily gone to WestCoast, but both times their service has been very poor and I’ve chosen to drive out to Port Moody. I will do the same for my next Tacoma in 15 years!
